What Happened to the Dates?

Hi, Where are the dates that used to appear at the top of the page when the Application Summary, Eligibility details, and Current Enrollment pages were printed out?  I relied on these date to keep a timeline of changes I made to clients applications via the assister portal.   Can this feature be put back?  

FPL Contradictions
