Payments cleared, but no coverage
We continue to see clients and hear from consumers who have paid their premiums, but do not have coverage. Customer service is not able to give a time line for when these cases will be resolved.

For the third time this week MassHealth CSR is saying that an ARD needs to be on file, otherwise they cannot speak to us. They say that the NDF is not sufficient. Has anyone else experienced this.
We are still unable to submit subsidized online applications. Connector customer service was unable to submit for us.
Since Friday we have not been able to submit applications online. The system has glitches, says that the shopping cart is empty, etc. Thanks!
We have a client whose employer does not offer health insurance, instead gives employees a stipend for health insurance. The person is full time, earns a total of $18/hour. $4/hour of that salary is to pay for benefits. How would we report that stipend when completing the application?

We have a client who is the victim of domestic violence. She and her husband are separated, and he has taken her off his employer sponsored health insurance. She is not working. Is she able to apply through the special enrollment period.

If someone misses a their unsubsidized payment by one week, is their coverage dropped? Or is there a grace period. Thanks!
